The 2nd and 4th grade students at St. Andrew's have been creating their own cities based on what they learned about the different points of interest in the cities of Madrid and Barcelona. We have been learning about España through the eyes of Ines, an 11-year-old from Madrid. The students especially enjoyed watching Flamenco shows online, an iconic cultural tradition of Spain. Using our new Mimio's at school (which make any whiteboard into a SmartBoard) the students created their own cities using the main places of a Spanish city as their guide.
