Happy Chinese New Year!! It's the year of dragon (long). People use the color "red" to decorate their house and use colorful lanterns to decorate the streets. The Chinese New Year tradition is related to the idea of properity, good fortune, and fresh start. Throughout the whole week, our kids learned the Chinese customs by watching the videos, singing songs, and making their own lanterns. Some parents also prepared Chinese food for them to experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere~ Here are some pictures of our little ones making colorful lanterns to decorate their house!
